Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying credits. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your legal rights.
The short version
- The Job Match Analysis is free, so there is nothing to refund.
- Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of buying a pack. You pay only for the credits you have used, at the price of the smallest pack that covers them, and we refund the rest.
- After 14 days: no change-of-mind refunds, but your unused credits never expire, so you can keep using them.
- Used credits: not refundable, because the application package or CV Polish has already been supplied, unless it is faulty.
- Faulty package or CV Polish: tell us within 30 days and we will fix it, return the credit or refund it.
- No package produced: no credit is used, so you are never charged for a package you did not get.
Changing your mind within 14 days
You can cancel any credit pack within 14 days of the date you bought it. Each pack has its own 14 days.
- If you have not used any credits from the pack, you get a full refund.
- If you have used some, we charge for the credits you have used at the price of the smallest pack that covers them, and refund the rest of what you paid. That way you never pay more than if you had bought the right pack in the first place.
- The unused credits from that pack are removed from your account when we refund you.
The credits you have used are charged as follows:

When you buy credits you ask us to make them available straight away. By using a credit to produce an application package or unlock a CV Polish, you agree that it has been supplied to you.
After 14 days
Change-of-mind refunds are not available once 14 days have passed since you bought a pack. Your unused credits stay in your account and never expire while your account is open, so you can use them whenever you like. Your rights if a package or CV Polish is faulty, set out below, still apply.
Faulty application packages and CV Polish
If something is wrong with an application package or CV Polish, for example a document is missing, will not open, or contains information that is not in your Master CV, email us within 30 days of receiving it. Tell us what it was for and what is wrong. We will put it right in one of these ways:
- We will produce it again.
- We will return the credit to your account.
- If neither puts it right, we will refund what you paid for that credit.
A package or CV Polish is not faulty just because you did not get an interview or a job, or because it does not include experience your Master CV does not contain. We will never add information that is not in your Master CV.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@getalookin.co.uk from the email address on your account, saying which purchase you want refunded. You do not have to give a reason. We will confirm by email and refund you within 14 days of your request, to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
The unused credits from that pack are removed from your account balance.
If you delete your account
Deleting your account removes any remaining credits. Please ask for a refund of unused credits before you delete it.
If we close the service
If we ever close Get A Look In, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund all unused credits, whenever you bought them.
