Get A Look In exists for one reason: too many good applications are rejected because a CV doesn't clearly answer the advert in front of it. We compare the two, honestly, and tell you what we find.

We are built around a single rule that we will not bend. Get A Look In will never invent, fabricate or exaggerate your qualifications, experience, achievements or skills. Everything we produce comes from the Master CV and information you have provided. Where a requirement isn't evidenced, we tell you plainly so you can decide whether to address it, or apply anyway.

That means we sometimes give you news you'd rather not hear. We think that is far more useful than a polished document that falls apart at interview — and a good deal safer for your professional reputation.

Your Master CV belongs to you. Only you can update or replace it. We don't send it to employers, we don't publish it, and you can remove it from your account at any time.
